MaD Avenue LLC respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit madavenue.net (the "Site"), submit an inquiry through our contact form, or engage us as a client.

We also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URLs, through the analytics and advertising tools described in Section 3.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, including:

  • Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use our Site
  • Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Ads pixels — to measure ad performance and show relevant ads to past visitors on other platforms

You can disable cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect how the Site functions.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business and may share information with them as needed:

  • Google (Analytics, Ads, Business Profile)
  • Meta / Facebook (Ads)
  • Our CRM platform, used to manage leads and client communication
  • Payment processors, for setup fees and monthly billing (ACH, credit, and debit transactions)
  • Our hosting infrastructure provider, for websites we manage on clients' behalf
  • Email and calendar tools used to respond to inquiries and schedule calls

Each provider has its own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate our business (hosting, CRM, analytics, payment processing), under obligations to protect your data
  • Law enforcement or regulators, if required by law

6. Client Portfolio & Marketing Use

If you engage MaD Avenue as a client under a signed Service Agreement, that Agreement grants us a license to use your business name, logo, website screenshots, and testimonials for our own marketing, including case studies, portfolio displays, and promotional content. This use is governed by the Marketing & Promotional Rights section of your signed Agreement, which takes precedence over this Policy for that specific use. You may request removal of specific materials from active campaigns in writing; see your Agreement for the applicable process and limitations.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including secure hosting infrastructure and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain contact, inquiry, and client information for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain our client relationship, satisfy contractual obligations (including the confidentiality and marketing-rights terms in signed Agreements), or as required by law. You may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to Section 6 and any obligations that survive under a signed Agreement (see Section 9).

9. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are intended for businesses and individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
