How we turned a generic placeholder site into a one-page scrolling sales funnel and operations platform
Blessing Movers is a Columbia, SC based moving company with a real customer base and verified reviews on UHaul Helpers. Their old site had none of that: generic placeholder testimonials, no booking flow, and no way to schedule or dispatch crew. We rebuilt everything as a single-page scrolling funnel where clients book during checkout, backed by a complete admin and crew scheduling system.
The Problem
- No online booking. Every lead had to call or email to get a date, creating friction that cost jobs before they even started
- Crew scheduling was done manually through calls and texts. One miscommunication meant a crew showing up to the wrong job or not at all
- Zero admin visibility. The owner had no central view of upcoming moves, crew assignments, or resource availability
- Placeholder template reviews — fabricated names, fabricated ratings left in by the previous builder. The client had 47 real, verified customer reviews on UHaul Helpers. None of them were on the site.
- Generic template site with no brand identity, no booking path, and no mechanism to capture or own the customer relationship

Most web agencies build a site and call it done. We asked a different question: what happens after the client says yes? For a moving company, the answer is: someone has to dispatch a crew, confirm an address, track a time slot, and make sure two jobs don't share the same team at the same time. None of that was happening in a system. All of it was happening in someone's head.
So we built the whole thing. Front end for the client, backend for the owner. The site converts. The admin runs the operation. And the crew scheduler makes sure the right people are on the right job, and the owner always knows exactly where things stand.
